The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the great shower pressure. The easy access to the restaurant by walking was a bonus.

First-floor rooms might be your only option since there’s no elevator, which could be a hassle for those with heavy luggage. Also, a bit of a strange layout means you need to navigate through separate buildings to get to your room, and it can feel a tad isolated and dark on rainy nights.

The location of this hotel is super convenient for exploring Freeport, especially with the little ones. We visited the nearby LL Bean flagship store and enjoyed fresh seafood at Muddy Rudder. The spacious room was a plus for my large family.

In my wife's opinion, the lack of a working pool was a big letdown for the kids during summer. A refreshing pool option would have made our stay much better.

i was disheartened by the dirty room and rude service. beware of faulty appliances too, like the duck taped duct that fell. appreciated the wi-fi though.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially thanks to the cozy, recently renovated room. We appreciated the nearby dining options, particularly the great meals at the adjacent restaurants. To fully enjoy the natural surroundings, ask for a room away from pets for a quieter experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western, Freeport Inn! Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the river. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool, which was perfect for splashing around. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The King Room was a total letdown. The bed felt like sleeping on the floor—so hard! I couldn't believe how uncomfortable it was. Plus, the room was dirty in spots, like behind the toilet. The sliding door looked like it led to a balcony, but nope, just a fence right next to it. Not worth it at all.

The Best Western, Freeport Inn had bright, cheerful décor that instantly made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to assist with any needs, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.
